Peachy Challenge 07 :: Sketch

OMG I loved this challenge
I went in search of something to get this project together
I found the hair that I cut on my cricut ages ago and voila
I decide to use an assortment of techniques that I have never tried before
.
The PK face is from the February Kit
I love that set so much and I love the way this card came together.
I hope you like it as well

Peachy Keen Stamps :: Sketch Challenge 59 + a TWIST!

OMG - I love how this card came together
The stamp is of course from Peachy Keen's
Mark & Sharen Love Frogs
I colored them with my Staples permanent markers
Red stickles on the frogs clothing and pink buttons
Petal Pink Liquid Pearls on her hat
Yellow stickles on his crown
I cut the bamboo from
Life is a Beach
The lily pad was from an oval
on the Sweetheart cartridge
I am really trying to use my cricut machine these days.
Went over the flowery portion with
Momentos green ink
And then used yellow stickles on the branches
and the orange buttons
Bobunny paper - Vicky B. Collection
Let me know what you think
Hope you are having a great day
And not anywhere near Irene

The horizonal ribbon - Scrapabilities Fiber Embellishments
The vertical placed ribbon - American Crafts Brown Essentials
I went over the white card underneath - With Memento Summer Sky

Recollections - Boutique Fleur Flower
yes there are two of them
I cut the second one and strategically placed it
above & below the other flower
On the top of the BD hat there is a pink button
with a aqua blue rhinestone

Clear Paint Pastel from Making Memories
over the happy birthday portion

Bird Paper - Pressed Petals
Green background paper DCWV - Safari Kids
The 2 strips - I got from my daughters stash - yes I finally did some paper ripping
The circle was cut with a nestable
I used Memento's Pear tart around the edge of the formerly white card
and also around the strips of paper
The Buttons - Unsure of the company
The polka dot ribbon - Kirkland
This is my first time using buttons on any of my projects - I think
The twine - I won from a blog hop (The twinery - I think)

PK Sketch Challenge 47

Another PK Challenge - Bling, Bling & More Bling
The back ground on the card is glitter paper from DCWV Safari Kids Cardstock Matstack that I got for $2.50 at Hobby Lobby - I love clearance aisles and sales .
Martha Steward (MS) ribbon on both the top and the bottom of the card and along the side.
The green paper is from the same  DCWV pack.  The Green circle was cut with MS Circle cutter and was  embossed with Jim Holz Alternation Texture Fade Swirl set - I distressed with a sandpaper block and then used yellow Stickles to add more Bling. The Floral circle is chipboard from Me & My Big Idea that I sprayed with glitter spray that my daughter turned me on to. Wish you all could see it better.
And of Course a PK Wide Eyed Kid that was colored on textured paper - hence the texturized effect. Doesn't she look mischievous?
I used a MS color pencils Cinnamon for the skin and I used sunfish for the cheeks/blush.
Freckles were made with my brown Sharpie marker. The gemstone butterfly is from Recollection Boutique Fleur set - on sale of course. I used the orange butterfly to pick up on the orange on the chipboard.
The because... stamp was from Michael's $.99 bin and the letters are from Colorbok - circles of course,  and Prima Flowers which I went back and placed some Gems on afterwards.
